What currency are your prices in?
All GlowChews prices are listed in AUD.

What shipping options do you offer?
Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide on every order—no minimums, no surprises. We dispatch within 1 business day (Mon–Fri) via Australia Post.

• Standard: 2–5 business days
• Express: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
  (We currently ship within Australia only.)

When will my order ship?
We pack and dispatch within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email 3–5 days after dispatch. If you don’t see it within 7 business days, email hello@shopglowchews.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes—cancel anytime before it ships for a full refund. If it’s already on its way, simply return it (see returns below).

What’s your returns policy?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective or damaged products. Return within 30 days (at your cost) with your name & order number, and we’ll refund the full purchase.

I entered the wrong address—help!
Reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours with the correct address. We’ll update it free of charge. After 24 hours or once your order ships, you can return it after delivery for a refund.

How long does international shipping take?
