We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You’ll also need proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (including supplements and consumables)
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Personal care goods, unless unopened and unused

If you’re unsure about your item, contact us before returning it.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

How It Works

To qualify, customers must:

1. Take a clear “Before” photo (Day 1)
– Hairline, skin, or nail condition
– Good lighting and similar angle to the “After” photo

2. Take a clear “After” photo after 30 days of daily use
– Consistency required: 2 gummies per day
– Must show the same area (hairline, skin, nails)

3. Email both photos within 45 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and experience.

If No Visible Results

You will receive a full refund (product cost only).
No return required.

If Visible Results Are Shown

You are eligible for a FREE 30-day refill pouch in exchange for allowing GlowChews to use your before/after photos for marketing.

By claiming the free pouch, you grant GlowChews non-exclusive permission to use your photos (first name or initials only) in marketing materials, ads, and promotional content.

Photo usage is optional — but required to receive the free refill pouch.

Exclusions

  • Only valid on first purchase
  • Claim must be submitted within 45 days
  • Refund applies to product cost only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Photos will never be edited to misrepresent results
